Sea 2 Sky Partners is the real estate arm of a long-term, values-driven investment platform. We acquire and operate multifamily assets in select U.S. markets where we have conviction in long-term demand and where our market knowledge and operating platform can improve outcomes. Since 2018 we have acquired and developed a portfolio of Seattle-area multifamily assets, and are now building a national platform with a focus on growth markets.
We invest full discretionary, permanent capital with no outside partners or fund timelines. This allows us to move quickly, and hold through cycles. We target core-plus and value-add multifamily with total capitalization of $10M to $50M.
